Year @ Glance: Tutoring Services 

The 28-weeks tutoring program for students in VPK-12th grade is designed to provide targeted academic interventions in English Language Arts (ELA), Reading, and Math. The primary aim of the program is to support students throughout the academic year, ensuring they receive the personalized assistance needed to enhance their understanding and skills in these key subjects. By focusing on individual needs and progress, the program seeks to foster academic growth and improve overall performance in a supportive learning environment.

Students meet once a week for in-person, face-to-face sessions. During these sessions, tutors provide personalized instruction and guidance. In addition to the weekly meetings, students receive assigned lessons and practice exercises to complete throughout the week, reinforcing the concepts covered during tutoring. This structure is designed to enhance academic help and ensure continuous progress in ELA, Reading, and/or Math.

Each subject—ELA/Reading, and Math— have separate tutoring sessions. Students who require support in both subjects, attend two sessions each week, one for each subject. This allows for focused and dedicated assistance tailored to the specific needs of each student, ensuring they receive comprehensive academic help throughout the year.

Duration: 28 Weeks (7 sessions each quarter/9weeks)

Tutoring Session: 1 Hour (60 minutes) per subject
